Q: Do I need to be home when you clean my bin?
A: Nope! As long as your bin is left out and accessible, we can clean it without you being home.
Q: How do I pay?
A: Payment is required within 24 hours of each clean. We accept bank transfer and cash (details will be provided when booking).
Q: Is there a minimum commitment?
A: Yes. Each bin booked must be cleaned a minimum of 3 times. This helps keep bins hygienic and ensures regular upkeep.
Q: What happens if I miss a payment?
A: Services are suspended immediately. Late payments beyond 7 days incur fees, and accounts overdue by 14 days may be referred to debt collection.
Q: Can you clean multiple bins at once?
A: Absolutely! Whether it’s general waste, recycling, or food bins — we can clean them all during the same visit.
