Wheelie Good Job – Terms & Conditions
By submitting the booking form, you agree to the following:
Consent to Contact
By providing your details, you give Wheelie Good Job permission to contact you by phone, email, or SMS for the purpose of confirming bookings, scheduling services, and providing updates regarding your bin cleaning service.
Minimum Service Commitment
A minimum of three (3) individual cleaning services per bin must be completed once you book for a regular maintenance.
This applies to the number of bins you request in your booking form (e.g., if you book 2 bins, each bin must be cleaned at least 3 times).
Payment Terms
Payment must be made within 24 hours of each clean being completed.
Failure to make payment within this time frame will result in immediate suspension of services.
Accounts not settled within 7 days of the clean will incur a late payment fee of £10 per bin, per clean.
Continued non-payment beyond 14 days may result in the matter being escalated to debt collection services, with all additional recovery costs added to your outstanding balance.
Cancellations
Cancellation before the minimum three cleans per bin will still require payment for the remaining cleans in the commitment.
Service Agreement
Submitting this form constitutes a service agreement between you (the customer) and Wheelie Good Job, under the terms above.
